![]() [Back]![]() Fees & Commissions ![]() The following schedule of consignment fees and sale commissions apply to all Manor & Street motor car auctions, and are payable according to the terms and conditions of the vehicle consignor agreement. Consignment fees are not credited against commissions, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Commission is charged only in the event of a vehicle sale (see vehicle consignor agreement):![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Commission rates are cumulative, and are charged by decending scale on each segment of the sum total hammer price. Based on the above listed schedule of commissions, a reserve priced vehicle which sells for $25,000 would owe Manor & Street a total commission of $2,600.00 (12% of the first $10,000, 10% of the second $10,000, and 8% of the remaining $5,000). If the same vehicle were to sell with no reserve the total commission would be $1,700 (8% of the first $10,000, 6.5% of the second $10,000, and 5% of the remaining $5,000). Lot numbers and selling position are assigned by Manor & Street based on vehicle type, stated value and condition (please be realistic when setting reserves). In pursuit of our common goal of selling your vehicle for maximum return, your consignment is positioned to ensure the best exposure across the auction block; to the most interested group of buyers for your type and quality of car. Lot numbers may not be transferred or substituted without prior written permission from Manor & Street (see vehicle consignors agreement).![]() For convenience, Manor & Street accepts Visa and Mastercard, as well as personal checks for advanced payment of consignment fees. An approved statement of all fees, commissions, and miscellaneous charges will be included with auction payment from Manor & Street. |
