[Back] Fees & Commissions In addition to the general consignment terms, the following schedule of standard consignment fees and commissions apply. Manor & Street reserves the right to waive or change all auction fees and commissions without prior notification. For collections of considerable size or items of significant value, Manor & Street will negotiate fees and commissions on an individual client by client basis. Commission rates for personal property consignment auctions are a flat percentage based on the final hammer price of each item sold, whether such sales are made at public auction, by private sale, or in any other manner. Consignment fees are payable upon delivery of property to the auction. Consignment fees are payable on both sold and unsold property, as well as items which are withdrawn from auction prior to the sale date. Consignment fees are non-refundable. For convenience, Manor & Street accepts Visa and Mastercard, as well as personal checks for advanced payment of consignment fees.
