  Express Pre-Consignment Registration

You can save 10% off your total consignment fees by taking advantage of Manor & Street's electronic pre-registration consignment option. To avoid waiting in lines on sale day, Manor & Street offers sellers the option of sending in consignment information by e-mail up to two (2) weeks prior to auction. Simply click on the pre-consignment pagelink, enter in your information on the pre-consignment form, and click send. It's that easy. Once your information is received by Manor & Street, an auction specialist will contact you by telephone for payment information, and to arrange for photographs and a copy of your vehicle(s) title (front & back) to be sent to our office (note: lot numbers cannot be assigned until payment clears our bank). If payment and all required information is received by the deadline, Manor & Street will prepare all the consignment paperwork for you. Upon arrival at the auction, please park your vehicle(s) outside the check-in gate, and bring your original title(s) and other necessary ownership documentation to the auction clerk's office, and report to the Express Check-In counter. A clerk will take your title, and have you sign a consignment and sales contract, federal odometer statement, and power of attorney form. For your convenience, Manor & Street accepts Visa, Mastercard, and personal checks for advanced payment of entry fees.

Insurance

To protect your vehicle(s) against damage or theft, be sure to contact your insurance carrier to make proper arrangements for coverage. Manor & Street, its sponsors, agents, and employees does not maintain any insurance coverage of any type for protecting your vehicle or its contents against loss, theft or damage of any kind before, during or after the auction event.

Titles

Manor & Street will only accept actual titles. We will not accept registration or tag receipts from non-title states and Canada. Due to Federal Odometer law, titles must be in consignor's name unless consignor is a dealer. Open titles will not be accepted from individuals. A copy of consignor's title must be sent with pre-registration information and payment before lot numbers can be assigned. Dealers must also include a current copy of dealer's license. The original title must be in Manor & Street's possession at check-in or vehicle will not be allowed into the auction. Vehicle identification numbers (VIN's) on the car must match the numbers imprinted on the title (be sure to check these numbers against the title). Failure for any reason to furnish a clean, negotiable title to the check-in clerk will result in a forfeiture of all consignment fees and assigned lot numbers. Foreign automobiles must have U.S. title(s) along with copies of import papers, and EPA/DOT certification where applicable.
